Terms of Use
Last updated 25 June 2026. By using Vindict you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Fair use, in good faith.
You may use Vindict to read, search, and share our published scores and the calls behind them. You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or scrape it at scale, no reselling our content as your own, and nothing unlawful. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping it secure and for what happens under it.
How to read what we publish.
Vindict scores public, falsifiable predictions against the public record using one stated formula. We describe a person's track record on specific, dated claims. We do not state or imply anything about their character, and a score is not a personal judgment of anyone.
We work to be accurate and to source every call, but we make no warranty that the service is complete or error free. Where we get something wrong, tell us and we will look at it. Our methodology page sets out exactly how scoring works.
What belongs to whom.
The Vindict name, logo, design, and the scoring we produce belong to us. Quotes and source material we cite belong to their original owners, and we use them to report on and assess public claims. You may link to and quote our pages with attribution, but you may not copy them wholesale.
The limits.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Vindict or your reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Keeping these terms current.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and continued use means you accept the update. Questions go to hello@vindict.io.
